These terms cover your use of the BossGo Games website at bossgo.games (the "Site"), run by BossGo Games LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Using the Site

You're welcome to browse the Site, try the demos, and share links to it. Please don't misuse it: don't try to disrupt it, break its security, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Site's content, including its text, logos, app names, artwork, screenshots and code, belongs to BossGo Games LLC or the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute it, other than sharing links or quoting small parts with credit, without our written permission.

Our apps

These terms cover the Site only. Our apps are distributed through the App Store, and your use of them is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, along with any terms and privacy policy for that app. In-app purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms.

Links to other sites

The Site links to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and online, but we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Details about upcoming apps, such as features and release timing, may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BossGo Games LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
